The Diploma Studies Department of Ganpat University successfully organized a hands-on workshop on “Fundamentals of Software Testing and Quality Assurance”. The session was conducted by Isha Panchal, In which Students learned the basic purpose of software testing and its importance in delivering high-quality software products. The session also covered various SDLC models such as Waterfall, V-Model, Agile, and Spiral, helping participants understand how testing fits into each development process. The workshop explained both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, including test case creation, defect reporting, and the use of automation tools. Real-life examples were provided to give students practical clarity on testing concepts. Overall, the workshop offered valuable hands-on learning and strengthened students’ understanding and confidence in software testing
