“Pathways to Success: Career Opportunities Beyond Borders”

Description about Event: 

An expert session delivered by Ms. Rinku Patdiwala, Assistant Manager – Ahmedabad at StudyIn, on  global career pathways and opportunities for students of the Institute of Computer Technology. The  session explored strategies for preparing applications, building international employability skills, and  navigating visa processes successfully. 

Program Details: 

Objective: (100 Words) 

To equip students with practical guidance on identifying and pursuing career opportunities abroad,  including CV optimization for international recruiters, interview preparation tips, and understanding  key immigration procedures. This session aimed to broaden students’ horizons beyond domestic  placements and motivate them to consider global careers. 

Benefits in terms of Learning / Skill / Knowledge Obtained: (150 Words) 

Students gained firsthand insights into the landscape of international higher education and  employment markets. They learned how to tailor their resumes and cover letters for different regions,  develop cross-cultural communication skills, and leverage online platforms for remote interviews. The  session enhanced their confidence in approaching global recruitment processes and clarified visa  requirements, enabling them to formulate personalized action plans for securing roles or admission  overseas.
