About

The Faculty of Science under Ganpat University established in 2006 with a mission to meet the educational needs of the youth in the area of professional studies in sciences and provides learning opportunities. The Faculty of Science is a multidisciplinary hub of pioneering teaching and research. We develop the future leaders of science and actively partner with innovative industries to solve scientific problems. The Faculty of Science comprises various disciplines such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry and Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT). The faculty has world class modern infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories having latest instruments, class­ rooms with multimedia projectors, computer laboratory with hi-speed internet facilities and rich collection of books, periodicals and journals in library. Students of this faculty are placed in almost all the areas of pure and applied sciences with good package.

  • Mehsana Urban Institute of Sciences has received Econ's flagship award as "Most Upcoming Institutes" conferred by confederation of education excellence, New Delhi in April, 2017.
  • Mehsana Urban Institute of Sciences has been selected as Biotechnology Capacity Building Cell (BTCBC) in North Gujarat region by GSBTM, Government of Gujarat in August, 2018.
  • Mehsana Urban Institute of Sciences collaborated and signed an MoU with GSBTM, DST, Govt. of Gujarat, GBRC, Gujarat Chemical Sciences for exploring more education opportunities.
  • Mehsana Urban Institute of Sciences signed an MOU in 2019-20 with Zydus Cadila Ltd.,and Asia Green for research, training and placement activities.
