Roadmap to Net-Zero 2040

2025–28

Phase 1

Scale Renewables. Expand solar PV from 540 kW to 1.2 MW, covering 90%+ of campus electricity. Procure RECs for residual demand.

2029–34

Phase 2

Deep Decarbonisation & Verification. Electrify the university fleet, assess campus carbon sinks, and secure third-party net-zero verification.

2035–40

Phase 3

Quick Wins & Closure. Electrify the contracted student bus fleet, replace LPG with induction & biogas, and close residual emissions through verified offsets.
