Daily Declaration Form for e-Gate Pass
To access GUNI entry gate it is mandatory for all students to submit Daily Declaration Form. After the successful submission of Daily Declaration Form you will be received e-Gate Pass on your registered Email ID along with the guideline to be followed for entry at campus.
Kindly answer all the question correctly as per your best knowledge which will help us to keep yourself and University a safe place from COVID-19.
