Frequently Asked Questions
The registration fee is ₹200 for Ganpat University Students, ₹300 for Outside Students, and ₹800 for Academicians & Industry Partners. Registration is compulsory for all.
Participation is open to students, researchers, startups, innovators, healthcare professionals, clinicians, faculty members, scientists, and corporate delegates from medical device, pharma, biotech, and government organizations.
Each team may consist of 2–4 members, with one designated team leader. Projects, posters, and startup ideas must align with the primary symposium tracks.
Participants must bring their project prototype, poster, or startup presentation materials on the day. Entries will be evaluated by an expert jury panel.
Industry delegate registration includes access to keynote sessions, panel discussions, industry exhibition, networking sessions, innovation showcase, lunch, refreshments, symposium kit, and a participation certificate.
Yes. Certificates will be awarded to all registered participants, and prizes (up to ₹3 Lakhs) will be presented to the best entries in each category. Jury decisions are final.
