          Abstract :
          In development of any country in the world, contribution or share of entrepreneurship is
          relatively high. Entrepreneurs are the assets for any country who gave major contribution
          in the solution of problem like poverty and unemployment. Entrepreneurship is one of the
          component which accept by youth of the country as their choice of career. The study of
          success and failure of start-up unit, the experts and institutes or universities play key role
          in  evolving  the  future  entrepreneur.  Intentions  create  among  students  for
          entrepreneurship have been developed on the basis of extensive literature.

          The study was mainly based on primary data for that data were collected from selected
          undergraduate and post graduate students of commerce colleges which is affiliated with
          Gujarat  University  .The  study  was  observed  that  students  with  an  extraordinary
          performance  in  academic  career  will  be  ready  to  put  foot  in  the  world  of
          Entrepreneurship.
