everything should be dynamic. Typically, we would see resistance to change but change is in
a way essential and you cannot do without it. So, fear of the unknown we should discard and
move ahead, and we should constantly endeavour to evolve and scale greater highs of
excellence. We should not only excel as individuals, we should also display the right synergy
and extend as team members. We should be open, we should be prepared to learn, we
should apply our mind, we should share, we should innovate, and we must also be prepared
to accept positive criticism. And I have already talked about creativity, we should think
critically and the way our honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi would always put it:

“We must learn to convert challenges into opportunities.”
And I took note of what Dan said about ‘Disruption being the new normal’. So, this is what it is.
And we should be prepared to adapt, to adopt, to evolve, and rise to the occasion,
undeterred by the challenges or constraints which we may be encountering from time to
time. Elsewhere, I took note of what Dr. Mahendra Sharma talked about and I could see for
myself the ethos and the world view displayed by the teaching community there at Ganpat
University. The noble gesture of all employees, donating one-day salary and a matching
contribution from Dada, essentially a philanthropic gesture we all must learn to emulate, and
which is quite inspiring! So, in all, I have found Ganpat University to be one such private
university which we could look up to for benchmarking. And I am pretty happy and delighted
to interact with all of you on this virtual platform. I must thank Ganpat University for affording
me this wonderful opportunity to be here on the virtual platform. I am truly indebted to the
organisers of this program that they could successfully get hold of me, and to that extent I
really feel privileged and benefited to have been here amongst all of you on this occasion.
The university will be signing MoUs with banking, finance institute and company secretary
institute. I wish the best to the university in the upcoming endeavours. And I wish all the very
best for future for all the teachers and the taught of the university. And let me assure on this
occasion that while I have not been able to make it in person this time, I would definitely look
forward to coming over on the campus and interacting with the teachers and the taught of
the university. I have found the entire thing very impressive. The organisation and whatever
little I could gather of Ganpat University. In fact, I must tell you that only yesterday I was there
at the convocation program of Pandit Dindayal Energy University and Dr. Hasmukh Adhiya
was also there with me. All of them could recall with eminent fondness about the contribution
of Dada. I would also pray for his good health, long life and his continued support for the
cause of education, and we truly feel blessed and inspired and we would continue to take his
guidance and support also. So once again, I would thank all of you for a patient listening.
