It is for plus 60 right now, and even though I am 50, I still have back problems. By doing ' ीम
पुम ीम ीम पुम ीम', my back pain will go away. If anyone is facing difficulty in their eyes, like
vision glasses growing very fast or any disease of the eyes, then by doing ' ीम एम ीम ीम एम
ीम', there will be some relief.
With time, these diseases disappear, the parameters being measured start reducing, and the
people who have diabetes just place their right hand on their pancreas and start saying, ' ीम
फम ीम ीम फम ीम'. Do this slowly, for two to three minutes in the morning and two to three
minutes in the evening, especially before meals, to get better results. By doing ‘ ीम फम ीम',
you will see that your insulin levels will gradually increase. The body will start generating it on
its own, and gradually all your disease parameters will start getting reversed because
diabetes does not develop suddenly; it is a long process. Most people who have diabetes
turn out to be fond of sweets. Their sugar levels get better, and one or two gulab jamuns can
save everyone's sight.
From here, we mean the disease and its management. All those aspects are covered, so now
this aspect is covered by Dr. Aarti, who will guide you through some meditation. In that
meditation, I will talk about a point that is generally not known to everyone. For example, I
know my body has five elements: sky, air, fire, water, and earth. If there is a connection with
my five chakras, then it becomes a gross body. After this gross body, there is a subtle body.
There are five elements inside the subtle body as well, and then there is a causal body. There
are elements inside that causal body too, but without going into that detail, we will do a
small-point identification. After that observation, we will observe our breathing from the
nose to the navel and from the navel to the nose.
What did I say? Nose to the navel, navel to the nose. We have to do this, and after that
observation, we will ask for your feedback post-meditation.
