IIT Mandi included our course on the Indian Knowledge System and Its Application to Mental
Health for two credits. Seeing its success, they applied to increase it to six credits next
semester. We plan to float an eight-credit course on the scientific basis of Mantra Chikitsa
and Daivavyapashraya Chikitsa.
In our first batch at IIT Mandi, the director, a graduate of this school, supported us. There
were 23 children in the batch, and on the last test day, 19 children participated. They healed
each other for two minutes using a device that measured coherence. The results showed
significant improvement, demonstrating the effectiveness of our healing methods.
The green zone increases from 200 to 400, meaning the energy level of a person is tripled.
This was done four times in just two minutes, and it wasn't us doing it. It was the students
who achieved this. The director was amazed and asked how these students, without any
spiritual background, could accomplish this. I explained that we were researching this
process and wanted to teach it to the students. Imagine if we taught this tested process from
IIT to one lakh children in our country and promoted distance healing as a skill.
My vision is to heal 15 crore people in India by December 31, 2025, aiming to make our
country diabetes-free by the end of 2025. This vision fuels our work, and being here feels as
divine as being with my Guruji. Though he is no longer with us physically, Dada and his vision
are driving this phenomenal transformation.
I'd like to ask how many people here have diabetes. Just a few? It would have been more
engaging if more people raised their hands. Regardless, let's conduct a five-minute
meditation led by Dr. Aarti. All you need to do is observe and share how you feel afterward.
First, I'd like to connect you with some broad points before we begin the meditation. Please
sit comfortably with your legs uncrossed, remove your glasses, and turn off your phone
ringers.
Now, I'll guide you through the structure of some body parts, starting with the head of a
Brahmin, where the crest is located. This is where the sound "A" resonates. Repeat after me:
Aa Aa Ee, right, Aa Ee U U Ri Liri Liri Aa Aa Aa O Aa Aan Aam. These are my 16 vowels, repeated
in one second. Let's do it again: Aa Ee U U Ri Liri Liri A Ai Aa Aan Aam.
Next, we'll move to the consonants: क ख ग घ ए क ठ क ख ग घ ए. These sounds correspond to
finger joints and other body parts: थ द धन न प गा for the backbone, प फ for the pancreas, ब for
the navel, भ Brain म for the mind, ह throat chakra, य heart chakra, र swadisthan chakra, ल
muldhar Chakra, श majja, ष Virya, स sampurna chakra, ळ Palate, Sharir plus Aatma, In this
way there are 51 parts of our body.
This mapping corresponds with neuroscience and neuroanatomy, where the brain also has
51 parts. By mapping these sounds and brain points using an EEG device, we can potentially
control other devices like drones or wheelchairs. This project was conducted under Jagdish
Sir at ISC Bangalore, and last year we applied this to drone technology in Aero Science.
Understanding the old Sanskrit system in this way shows its relevance even in modern
contexts. Now, let's start the meditation. Open yourself to the experience and see what
changes you observe.
First of all, pain starts appearing in our knuckles. If pain occurs, I have to meditate on the
