Marketing Strategy for Experiential Learning with
specific reference to Educational Start-up

Abstract :
Experiential Learning, with so many synonyms like Practical Learning, Application-based
Learning, Experimental Learning, Phenomena Learning etc., is the unique pedagogue to
teach school kids and is the call of the day today and going forward. Where the world is
moving to “ready to work” graduates and post-graduates, the seeds for such learning
need to be planted in children at an early age of school days. For this, it is paramount for
parents and educators to understand the importance of such learning to inculcate the
same in children. This leads to the need of designing marketing strategy to propagate
Experiential Learning phenomenon and initiatives based on the same to the main target
audience i.e. parents of school-going children. This study is an attempt to find out the
conduit between Experiential Learning as a teaching practice and to market the same to
the stakeholders in terms of factors influencing behavior intention of consumers to adopt
to Experiential Learning initiative practices in India.
