and sense of achievement that each one of you is experiencing today. On this occasion,
I am really very much pleased to witness all of you being awarded the testimonial of

knowledge which you have acquired on this heavenly campus of this outstanding
university. This knowledge is the sole richness of you and it will enable you to succeed
in your life and career.
I have observed that many institutions and universities around the world are located in

remote areas but, they have risen as premier institution of the world through their vision
and excellence. I can perceive that Ganpat University also has enormous abilities and
potential to set many milestones in near future. I strongly believe that such institutions
lay foundation for the development of the nation in general and the state in particular.

Skill development has been considered one of the critical aspects for job creation in
India. India has unique demographic advantage with more than 60% of the population
in young age group. But, in order to get dividend from such large workforce,
employability needs be improved. Govt. of India has taken initiative for Skill

development through public private partnership. There are opportunities for private
education players to take advantage of such schemes. Current infrastructure of ITI and
other govt. aided institutes are not enough to train people for future job opportunities.
This university has proved that they are ready to contribute in the development of the
nation by establishing Japan - India Institute of Manufacturing (JIM) which has

produced its first batch with 100 % job placement.
Ganpat University is bestowed with the Best Private University of the Year Award by
