and introduce start up units with reputed leading industries.
On this event, I would like to appeal to all these graduating students to acknowledge
with thanks to your parents who have made many sacrifices in the last few years to
provide you with the enabling environment at home, financial and moral support. And
teachers also who have done their best to help you by encouraging and motivating
you to perform at optimum and accomplish your goals.
Convocation is a time of celebration and triumph and marks the end of one chapter
and beginning of the next chapter. The Degree you have obtained is an endorsement
of the achievements of life; to the graduating students – this is your day and I
congratulate you on your achievement – WELL DONE. May I ask you all to put your
hands together to applaud the success of the graduate; you are fortunate that you
are graduating from a university that has prepared you extremely well. Where Ganpat
University itself having mission like: “Vidya Samajotakarshah” means ‘Social
Upliftment through Education’ Hence, I would urge you to use your knowledge for
the betterment of human being, society and nation. The university has prepared you
not just on the academic front, but to play your best part in helping communities
improve their quality of life.
Basically, I started our company as very tiny unit today we are international player
with international manufacturing facilities for very precision bearing cages.

From my lifetime experience I urge all young graduates to develop your own vision
from today about what you want to be and start dreaming for that. If yours WILL is
strong and consistent, ready to put all efforts to achieve with full confidence in
yourself, you will achieve it. On the way you will find many failures but don’t be
disappointed but take it as an opportunity to improve. You will certainly overcome all
hurdles and will be successful.

I would like to conclude now with my heartfelt gratitude for inviting me to such a
grand event of the university. I take this opportunity of wishing all the graduates all
the very best for their future endeavors. To the faculty members keep up your
excellent work in shaping future leaders and May God Bless you all.
