tingling sensation. The poets said that the motherland is like heaven, but there are
very few valiant people who made the homeland heavenly. One of them is the
founder of this vidyadham, Shri Ganpatbhai Patel who is blessed with spirit for
selfless service, compassionate disposition and optimistic attitude towards life. It is
indeed challenging to build such a well-reputed university by doing remarkable work
in the field of education and transforming Janmabhoomi into a karma bhoomi, and
with his grit and determination, Ganapatbhai has done it.

I would say that कम वािधकार मा फलष कदाचन। The principle is probably woven in

the life of Shri Ganapatbhai. In America, which is considered a superpower in the
field of industry; he founded a company dealing in electronics products, and turned it
into a world famous company. Not only that, he founded a university in his
hometown, and is now wholeheartedly committed to making it one of the leading
universities in the world. I have faith in his confidence, planning and leadership. I am
supremely confident that we all witness the phenomenal success of GUNI.

From the stage of today's 19th convocation ceremony, I am seeing a roaring ocean
of youth. I feel like a huge ship carrying more than 2500 students from different
disciplines to the world with their degrees, which has been navigated by skilled
professors from Ganpat University. As the ship is moving under the visionary Shri
Ganapatbhai; I have no doubt that the youth of this University, who is coming
forward for the development of the country, will take our nation to the new heights of
glory and achievement in the world.

Ganapatbhai's keen desire to do something new in the field of education is truly
commendable. I am happy to say that your university is different from others in one
respect and that is: your students stride into the outside world with high moral
values. They become successful, and truly contribute to the betterment of society.
From day one, I have witnessed the growth of Ganpat University. I have been
associated with the late Anilbhai Patel since the beginning of my political career. He
was far-sighted and virtuous. I also had the opportunity to work with him. I consider
myself lucky to have got a chance to get to know him very closely. I know that
Ganpat University is one of the fastest growing private universities in our country
and all the credit goes to Ganpatbhai and his capable team. It is also noteworthy that
this university is also contributing in the field of RENEWABLE ENERGY.

As a Gujarati, I am emotionally attached to this university. I heartily congratulate
