Sports plays vital and indispensable role in an individual’s character building and
GUNI-VMPIM always encourage the students to showcase their talent. This year,
three students of MBA-1st semester got qualified in the University teams by giving
tough competition to the students from all the institutes and colleges of GUNI
namely, Harsh Upadhyay for Kabaddi, Munjahar Shaikh for Football and Nikhil
Patel Kundanbhai has participated in a Solanki for Badminton. The teams played in the West-Zone (National Level)
Rangoli Competition and pocketed first Tournaments at Maharshtra, MadhyaPradesh and Rajasthan in Dec 2021-Jan
prize on World Health Day Celebration- 2022.

Mr. Viresh Baudhanwala, pursuing MBA in Business Analytics during Sem-III, was
awarded the Second Prize in the Best Research Paper category. His paper titled
“Measuring the Impact of Green Marketing on Consumer Buying Behavior and
Brand Image: An Empirical Evidence with Reference to the FMCG Industry in
Gujarat State” earned this recognition at the event organized by B.K. School of
Professional and Management Studies, Gujarat University, held on 28th-29th
January 2022. On the occasion of Vidyaya Smajotkarsh Divas on 12th January
2022, Ms. Arzina Karim (Batch 2018-2020) was honored with the Prestigious
Director General Award for her outstanding contributions in academics and
extracurricular activities during her MBA. Dr. Aashal Mitren Bhatt received First
Doctoral Thesis Award for the thesis
Anamika Rajeshkumar Yadav, a student of the BBA Financial program, was titled “Corporate social disclosure
recognized as the best campus ambassador for her commendable handling of the practices: A study of listed companies
responsibility during the Voder ID Campaigning by the Mehsana district assembly in India”.
