MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY IN CIVIL ENGINEERING (CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT)

Course Details

M.Tech Programme in Construction Engineering and Management is encompassing the overall planning, scheduling, coordination and control of a project from its beginning to completion keeping the goals of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety in mind and practice. The Indian construction industry is contributing around 10% towards India’s GDP and one of the key drivers of its Economy. Hence, the field of Construction Engineering and Management will be in demand towards fulfilling the nation-building process by minimizing time overruns & cost overruns. This course contains subjects like operations research, Contracts management, MIS, Financial management and accounting, Value engineering and audit courses for extracurricular development. The major subjects are taught by studio method with live projects to enhance the practical knowledge of students. The subjects are taught by industrial experts and experienced core faculties.

Passed Bachelor Degree or equivalent in relevant field from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category)
