Transcript Application Process

FOR THE STUDENTS ADMITTED: FROM 2005 TO 2009

  1. Kindly keep following documents ready before Online Application
    1. Scan Copy of Original Mark-sheets (All semesters/years) & Degree Certificate [Require properly scanned readable copy of the documents is must for initiating the process]
    2. Filled in Transcript Format (Download Transcript Format of your respective degree from the attachments below)
    3. Transaction Receipt of Transcript application fees payment

FOR THE STUDENTS ADMITTED: FROM YEAR 2010 ONWARD

  1. Before online application following documents be keep available with you.
    1. Scan Copy of Original Mark-sheets (All semesters/years) & Degree Certificate [Require properly scanned readable copy of the documents is must for initiating the process]

FOR THE WES Verification

Candidate who seeks for World Education Service (WES) verification / Document Verification has to follow guidelines and fill form accordingly. WES verification require for students and immigrants planning to study or work in the U.S. or Canada. Documents required at WES are (i) all semesters Mark-Sheet/Grade Card, (ii) Diploma/Degree Certificate, (iii) Transcript and (iv) latest WES Academic Records Request Form filled with WES reference no, your detail and your sign(View Sample). FEES AND BANK DETAILS:

  1. The Transcript fees is Rs. 1500/- per 15 copies and subsequent copy at the Rate of Rs. 100/- per copy through following mode.
  2. For Verification/WES verification Rs. 100/- per certificate subject to minimum Rs.300/- and maximum of Rs. 1000/- through following mode.

    • Online Payment using RTGS /NEFT Details:-

  3. Postage Charges is as follow, if requested through Postal delivery at address requested. [PLUS 18% GST]
    • Within Gujarat : Rs. 150/-  [PLUS 18% GST = Rs. 177 Including GST]
    • Within India : Rs. 300/-  [PLUS 18% GST = Rs. 354 Including GST]
    • Abroad: Rs. 2000/-  [PLUS 18% GST = Rs. 2360 Including GST] or as Actual on weight whichever is higher. (WES accept only sealed envelop including reference no, verified document and transcript directly send from the University, it means you have to pay postage charges Rs. 2000 additionally.)
    • Multiple delivery address require to pay multiple postage charges as applicable rate.
  4. The Fees paid is not refundable and not adjustable.
